How to Connect

1. App Download and Installation

  • Download the app by scanning the QR code provided in the manual.

  • Individual Users: Log in using the device ID (default password: 123456).
  • Enterprise Users: Register and log in with a phone number to manage multiple devices.

     

3. Starting up process

  • Insert a mobile SIM card supporting GPRS and power on the device by holding the power button for three seconds.

Device Registration

  • Register using the device SN number in the mobile app.

     

Modes and Functions

  1. General Mode: Offers real-time positioning with updates every 30 seconds, balancing efficient tracking with battery consumption.
  2. Power Saving Mode: Optimizes battery use by updating the location every 5 minutes, which may affect trajectory accuracy.
  3. Super Power Saving Mode: Extends battery life significantly by entering a silent standby state, providing location updates only when viewed on the device without storing historical tracking data.

     

    More Information and Troubleshoot

    1. Connectivity Issues: If the device does not seem to connect, ensure the SIM card is active and has data capability. Confirm that the SIM card is not inserted upside down.

    2. Non-Responsive Device: If the device fails to respond, perform a hard reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

    3. Signal Problems: Make sure the device is positioned in an area with minimal obstructions to the sky for better GPS and GSM signal reception.

    4. Battery Care: For optimal performance, charge the battery before it is fully depleted. Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures to prolong battery life.

    Indicator Light Guide

    • Blue light: Represents the GSM signal. Fast blinking indicates a signal, slow blinking means no GPRS network, and steady indicates no SIM card.
    • Green light: Indicates GPS signal. Fast blinking means a GPS signal is found, steady indicates no GPS signal.
    • Red light: Power indicator. The light is on when charging, off when the charge is complete, and off when operating normal.

    How to Use (e.g. Vehicle)

    1. The map page will be displayed when you log in for the first time. There is a "device list" at the top.You can query the location information of the vehicle. Or click the vehicle icon in the map to view.

    2. The vehicle float window information pops up, and all the functions in the "Function" page can be operated
